Director of International Admissions Visits Vietnam

Last week, A-State's Director of International Admissions traveled to Ho Chi Minh City to strengthen the university's presence and influence in Vietnam and the region.

Throughout the trip, the Director of International Admissions met and worked directly with the leadership team of the Vietnam Office – which coordinates all direct and indirect recruitment activities through partners – including study-abroad consulting companies and schools across Vietnam and the Southeast Asia region.

Thanks to the contributions of the Vietnam Office, the number of international students from Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries has grown remarkably in recent years, increasing by nearly 1,000% compared to 2020, when A-State was barely known among Vietnamese students.

The Vietnam Office sincerely thanks the Director of International Admissions for the support provided over the past period and looks forward to achieving even greater success in recruitment efforts in the time ahead.
