Frequently asked questions

Can we use the A-State logo on materials?

Materials in this library provided by the office are approved to carry the university’s identity. Partners should not create A-State-branded materials without sending them to the office for approval.

How often are figures updated?

Tuition and housing are updated each academic year (usually April–May); deadlines and scholarships each semester. The update date appears under each table.

Can we use the campus photos on this website?

Yes, for A-State counselling materials. High-resolution sets are in the downloads or on the portal.

What languages are the materials in?

The library is in English. Many items are also available in Vietnamese for partners recruiting in that market — ask the office if you need another language for an event.

Cannot find what you need?

Send a support request — the office emails materials within 1 working day, or download the latest on the Agency Portal.
