Information we collect

• Information you provide through forms: name, email, phone number, education background, programmes of interest and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Your IP address and the page you submitted from — used to prevent automated abuse and to evidence your consent.
• Website usage data (cookies, analytics) used to improve the experience and content.

Our basis for processing: your consent

We process your personal information only after you actively tick the consent box on the form. We do not pre-tick it, and we never treat silence or a non-response as agreement.

We ask for two purposes separately, and you may agree to one and refuse the other:

• Advising you on admission and supporting your application — required, because we cannot advise you without your details.
• Scholarship news, deadlines and event invitations — optional. Refusing this does not affect your enquiry.

Each time you submit a form we record which purposes you agreed to, which version of the wording you saw, and when.

Who we share it with

• Arkansas State University, where this is needed to assess your application.
• Authorized recruitment partners, where your enquiry came to us through one of them.
• Service providers that help us run this website and send email on our behalf.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it beyond the purposes above unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, then delete or anonymise it. If you enrol, related records may be kept longer as the university and the law require.

Your rights

• See, correct or delete your personal information.
• Withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.
• Ask us to restrict or object to processing, and ask for a copy of your data.
• Unsubscribe from marketing separately while keeping your application support.
