The partnership model
Our admissions team is operated by VNIS Vietnam Co., Ltd as Arkansas State University’s Authorized Recruiter and works as a master agent for the university. Education consultancies partner with the office under a B2B contract: the partner counsels and cares for the student, the office handles the application with the university, tracks status, and supports scholarships, I-20s and any issues that arise.
This means partners do not need a direct contract with the university or deep knowledge of A-State’s internal systems — every question is answered in English by a named contact during office hours (GMT+7). Partnership terms, commission rates and payment schedules are set out in the contract and shown on the Agency Portal; we do not publish figures on the website.
Partners keep the student relationship; the office does not approach partner students for other purposes and records referral source by partner code on the portal.
Why A-State is easy to counsel
- Transparent total cost from ~$29,646 per year (12 credits, including housing, meals, insurance) — below many US public universities
- $3,000/year international scholarship awarded automatically at GPA 3.25; ACT/SAT tiers up to $4,000
- ELA (CEA) six levels: conditional admission without IELTS, direct entry to the degree on completion
- Clear entry requirements: UG GPA 2.3 / TOEFL 61 / IELTS 5.5 / Duolingo 110; grad GPA 2.75 / TOEFL 79 / IELTS 6.0
- Safe campus with public Clery data, first-year on-campus residency, Memphis airport shuttle
- Program accreditation: AACSB, ABET, ACEN, CAEP; Carnegie R2
- Deadlines Fall 2026: 1 Jun · Spring 2027: 1 Nov · Summer 2027: 2 Mar

Partner FAQ
Can we contract directly with Arkansas State University?
A-State works through the office operated by VNIS as its Authorized Recruiter. Partnering through the office gives you one process and a dedicated contact for every file; you can verify with the university at international@astate.edu.
How is commission calculated?
Rates and conditions are set out in the B2B contract and shown per student on the Agency Portal. We do not publish figures on the public website.
Is there a minimum number of students?
No minimum to start. Partners with consistent results are prioritised for events with university representatives and extended support programs.
Will the office approach our students?
No. Students referred by a partner are tagged with the partner code on the portal; all support contact goes through or with the consent of the partner.
Do you support graduate and transfer applications?
Yes. Master’s, doctoral, Graduate Assistantship and transfer files go through the same process, with case-by-case support where credit evaluation is needed.
Ready to partner?
Send an inquiry and the office will contact you within 2–3 working days, or log in to the Agency Portal if you are already a partner.
