Tuition of $355 per credit instead of $626 — about $8,130 a year at 15 credits per semester. It applies when your application is filed through the office (agent code VNI) and you are admitted; the lower rate is printed on your invoice, with no separate application.
International Freshman Scholarship — $3,000 a year
We could not convert your GPA to the 4.0 scale. The requirement is a 3.25 GPA — an advisor will convert it from your transcript.
The two cannot be combined. At 15 credits per semester, the office tuition rate ($8,130 a year) is worth more than the $3,000 scholarship.
A-State’s SAT/ACT-based award packages have their own conditions and must be confirmed for international students case by case, so they are not counted here.

GPA converted to 4.0
10-point and percentage scales are converted linearly (e.g. 8.2/10 ≈ 3.28/4.0). The university makes the official conversion from your transcript — expect small differences, especially near the 3.25 threshold.
Each award checked against published conditions
Every award gets a status — likely eligible, conditions pending, competitive, or not eligible — with the specific reason.
The best option, not a fake total
Awards that cannot be combined are not added up. The tool points to the largest one you can realistically receive.

Can I combine the $3,000 scholarship with the office tuition rate?
No, the two do not stack. At 12–15 credits per semester the office rate saves $6,504–$8,130 a year — more than the $3,000 scholarship.
Where do I enter agent code VNI?
A-State’s online application has an agent code field. Enter VNI so your application is recorded as filed through the A-State office. The how-to-apply page walks you through it.
My GPA is right at 3.25. Am I sure to get the scholarship?
Not necessarily. The university converts your transcript itself, and the result can differ from a linear conversion. An advisor can check your actual transcript.
Are assistantships open to international students?
Yes — graduate and research assistantships are open to graduate students, including international students. Positions are limited and filled by each department, so they are never guaranteed. Apply early and contact your department.
Are there full scholarships for undergraduates?
A-State does not offer automatic full scholarships to international undergraduates.
