Arkansas State University has just announced important changes to the organization of the Tailgate City area at Mike Watson Park, aimed at delivering a more memorable and convenient football game day experience for the 2025 season. While the top-notch amenities and entertainment value remain unchanged, the biggest highlight is the significant price reduction on most packages, making it easier and more affordable for fans to enjoy the game day atmosphere.

Going forward, the Red Wolves Foundation will directly manage all Tailgate City operations, with a focus on strengthening fan engagement and offering more independent options for setting up your own tailgate space.

For the first time, fans can purchase a standalone 10x10 foot lot without parking included. This offers maximum flexibility, giving you full control to set up your pregame party space in your own style.

Unprecedented pricing: Compared to 2024, tent package prices for 2025 have been significantly reduced:

• The 20x40 foot tent package, including tables, chairs, ice, and parking, is now just $4,000, a reduction of nearly $3,000 from last year's $6,973.51 (the 2024 package also included a cooler and TV).
• The 10x10 foot tent package with a table, chairs, ice, and parking is priced at $1,250, down from $2,145.70.
• Notably, a 10x10 foot lot without amenities is priced at just $400, opening up options to fit every budget.

Tailgate City will remain the hub of fun with a wide range of entertainment options such as the Hijinx Kids Zone, game areas, and especially the Red Wolf Walk — where the A-State football team and cheer squad will march through before every game. Live radio broadcasts will also return to help energize the atmosphere.
