Important Update on the Commission Payment and Invoicing Process

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the upcoming commission and invoicing process. To ensure clarity and consistency, Arkansas State University will follow the timeline below for sharing student enrollment reports and processing commission payments for partner agencies managed by the Vietnam Office.

Commission Payment Schedule by Semester

Fall Semester

• List of students eligible for commission processing: October 20–25
• Payment issued: Within 60 calendar days of receiving the partner's invoice

Spring Semester

• List of students eligible for commission processing: February 20–25
• Payment issued: Within 60 calendar days of receiving the partner's invoice

Summer Semester (if applicable)

• List of students eligible for commission processing: July 20–25
• Payment issued: Within 60 calendar days of receiving the partner's invoice

Important Notes

• Students will only be linked to your Company within the first 10 days from the date of application submission, unless they have entered your Company's name at the time of application.
• We recommend that your Company submit invoices promptly upon receiving the list of eligible students to avoid any delays in processing.
